Ticktok is the first smartphone app (available as a free download from the iTunes® App Store?) that provides accurate and comprehensive queue time information on more than 10,000 food and beverage (F&B) establishments in Singapore. 

On top of queue time information, Ticktok also includes unique curation features such as “Worth the Wait” and “Our Picks” that will help users make better dining decisions on-the-go. Catering fully to the mobile lifestyle, Ticktok is sensitive to users’ location and will provide a variety of useful information on the nearest F&B outlets across popular categories- bistros, cafes, coffee shops, hawker centres, restaurants etc.

Ticktok's unique ability to cluster food places around Singapore allows us to maximise efficiency and accuracy in collecting and updating our queue times to ensure that data remains up to date.

Queue Logging System and Algorithm

 

We have created a unique queue logging system that allows our large team of queue auditors to be on the go. Together with user and merchants inputs, Ticktok's algorithm aggregates the data to make the displayed timing accurate.

 

Free Merchant Webapp

 

More than 100 Ticktok merchants are actively using Ticktok's Merchant web app to update queue timings and share if seats are available.
